Spouse Residency Visa (Wife/Husband)

Documents Required:

  1. Sponsor’s (Husband) Emirates ID copy, residence visa copy, and passport copy
  2. Colored scanned marriage certificate, attested by:
    • Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of issue
    • UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
  3. Ejari (tenancy contract) or Title Deed Copy.
  4. Colored scanned passport copy of the wife (valid for more than 6 months)
  5. Recent high resolution photo of the dependent with white background (as per Emirates ID specifications, not scanned or taken by mobile)
  6. If the wife is already inside the UAE: current visa copy (e.g., tourist visa or entry stamp)
  7. Original Husband’s Emirates ID
  8. Labor contract with Ministry stamp (if the sponsor works in a mainland company) or salary certificate issued by the Free Zone Authority (if working in a Free Zone sector)

Child Residency Visa:

Documents Required:

  1. Sponsor’s (Father) Emirates ID copy, residence visa copy, and passport copy
  2. Colored scanned passport of the child (valid for more than 6 months)
  3. Colored scanned birth certificate, attested by:
    • Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of issue
    • UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
  4. Ejari (tenancy contract) or Title Deed Copy.
  5. Recent high resolution photo of the child with white background (as per Emirates ID specifications, not scanned or taken by mobile)
  6. Original Father’s Emirates ID

Important Note:
During the visa process, dependents must remain inside the UAE and cannot travel until the process is completed.
